City Year Scholarship Benefits & Eligibility

Benefits

The Scholarship is good for two years of continuous enrollment, including Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.

Funding is based on the number of credit hours you take each semester.

6–9 credit hours a semester (about 2–3 classes) equals $750
10+ credit hours a semester (4 or more classes) equals $1,500

Eligibility Requirements

Be a City Year Tulsa AmeriCorps member or an alumnus who has completed one year of service
Complete the FAFSA each year of enrollment
Enroll in a minimum of 6 credit hours each semester (about two classes)

To complete your admission checklist and prepare for enrollment, submit your transcripts and test scores.

Final high school transcript or high school equivalency (GED, HiSet)
College transcripts (if you have taken college classes outside of 91Ӱ��)
ACT and SAT scores (if you have taken them)

Your final step is to attend a New Student Orientation session. You learn everything you need to know to succeed at 91Ӱ�� and get enrolled in your first semester of courses.
