Affordable Programs
Our tuition and hourly fees of $371 are budget-friendly for non-resident students and students on an F-1 Student visa. As a result, a full-time semester (12 credit hours) for non-resident visas typically totals approximately $4,500, excluding book costs.
Admission & Form I-20 Application Process
Students may start their applications as early as 120 days before the semester begins.
Step 1: Apply to 91Ó°ÊÓ

- Submit all previous transcripts to 91Ó°ÊÓ
If English is not your official language at the time of high school graduation, you need to take an English proficiency test
Step 2: Request your Initial I-20
I-20 Application Process ( F-1 VISA)
Students on an F-1 Student visa are citizens of a country other than the United States and who intend to return to their home country upon completion of their educational program.
To apply for an F-1 visa to study in the United States, the following is required:
- Admission to a SEVP-approved institution
- English proficiency
- Sufficient funds
Students may request their I-20 after they have been admitted to 91Ó°ÊÓ and issued their school ID number.
- Submit completed 91Ó°ÊÓ Form I-20 to iss@tulsacc.edu.
Note: Download the form before filling it out. Then save the file. - Once the 91Ó°ÊÓ FORM I-20, along with appropriate documents, is submitted, your initial I-20 Certificate of Eligibility will be emailed, along with your admission letter. You can then begin the process of applying for your F-1 Student visa.
Step 3: Apply for the F-1 VISA
- Pay your , required before your visa interview.

Step 4: Arrival in the U.S. & Enrollment at 91Ó°ÊÓ
You cannot begin the enrollment process until you have checked in with the International Student Services office.
- Upon receiving your F-1 Visa, email us at iss@tulsacc.edu with the date of your arrival and copy of your Visa. Then we will schedule your check-in with the International Student Services office.
- When you enter the U.S., show the immigration officer:
- Your Form I-20.
- Your passport with a valid F-1 VISA.
- After arriving in Tulsa, Oklahoma, within one business day:
