The organization we are partnering with is the Nisqually Land Trust. 

Nisqually Land Trust Mission: "To acquire and manage critical lands to permanently benefit the water, wildlife, and people of the Nisqually River Watershed." 

Why this organization? Our university is located in Lacey, Washington, on the land of the Nisqually peoples; the past, present and future stewards of this land. As students who have the privilege of being educated on these lands, we have a responsibility to give back to these communities and recognize the generational harm as a result of these privileges. Pollution, commercialism and a lack of conservation and sustainability has led to a dire need from the Nisqually environment.

TBD on price (waiting to set final order number based on November 4th registration close date), but we are hoping to keep it lower since SMU is covering the cost of the pins as an in-kind donation.
