91Ó°ÊÓ Hosts Theatre Audition Day

91Ó°ÊÓ is hosting the first Oklahoma Theatre Audition Day at 91Ó°ÊÓ Southeast Campus on Feb. 28.
The event gives high school seniors from across Northeastern Oklahoma and transfer students the opportunity to audition for nearly 20 colleges in a single day without having to travel to multiple campuses. In addition, students can learn more about scholarships that are available.
91Ó°ÊÓ is proud to host the event that could see more than 17 colleges and at least 35 students audition on Friday, Feb. 28. Auditions will take place from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The Oklahoma Theatre Audition Day is similar to events held in Texas and was an idea developed by 91Ó°ÊÓ Theatre Coordinator Mark Frank and Jenks Public Schools Theatre Director Kevin Hurst.
Colleges expected to participate in the Oklahoma Theatre Audition Day: East Central Oklahoma University; Friends University; KD College; Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College; Northeastern State University; Northwestern Oklahoma State University; Oklahoma Baptist University; Oklahoma City University; Oklahoma State University; Savannah School of Arts and Design; Southwestern College, Kansas; University of Oklahoma; University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma; University of Tulsa and 91Ó°ÊÓ.
